A three-year rehabilitation project at the 61-year-old water treatment facility.This project consisted of replacing flocculation and sedimentation equipment, reinforcing interior concrete frames and filter decks in the filter control building, and replacing 128 butterfly valves and actuators. The project aimed to enhance water quality and efficiency, addressing outdated or less efficient equipment and ensuring the facility continues to meet the needs of the densely populated Orange County and beyond
